As a first step, please make sure you use the same Google account on the watch and phone.
VIA PHONE
1: Tap drop-down button ▼
2: Select your watch ✔︎ and tap “Install“
Note: Download icon should appear on your watch
3: On your current watch face, tap and hold, scroll right and tap
“ADD WATCH FACE”
4: Find your new watch face and apply it
VIA WATCH
1: Open Google Play Store app on your watch.
2: Search the watch face.
3: Install and apply it.
COMPANION APP
– If the companion app has the ability to open the Play Store on your watch, press the button in the companion app and then follow the instructions as shown before (1. via watch)
– If Google Play asks for payment again, it might be a sync issue. Try toggling ‘Airplane Mode‘ on your watch to reset the connection.
– Google will only bill you once for purchases made with the same Google Account. Any additional charges will be automatically reversed.
